Our competitions for children and teens in Faversham and surrounding villages, are now open.

Submit a story or poem up to 500 words long

Entries should be submitted through participating schools, or if you are not attending a participating school sent direct to info@favershamliteraryfestival.com – all entries must contain the child's name, age and school or postcode

The winner of each category wins £100 worth of books for their school library or a nominated book-related charity, plus a £25 National Book Token. Second prize in each category is a £10 National Book Token.

Deadline for entries: 12 January 2024

Winners will be announced in February 2024
