Friends of the Festival Terms & Conditions

The festival reserves the right to add, modify or withdraw these terms at any time

Single members terms and conditions

• You will be able to buy one ticket per event during the early booking period
• Friends of the Festival will have access to an early booking period, at least 5 days before tickets are released to the general public

• Available in 2026 at a small number of selected events only, at the festival's discretion
• If Priority Queue is available it will be clearly visible on the event page when you purchase your ticket. Priority Queue tickets will be allocated first-come first-served up to a limited number
• If you have access to the Priority Queue it will be clearly shown on your ticket confirmation email and on the website (Menu --> My FLF --> My Tickets)

• By joining the Friends you will be automatically entered into the prize draw
• Winners will be drawn after the festival and will be notified by the end of March
• The prize covers one night's accomodation and breakfast at any of Shepherd Neame's hotels and inns

• Your single membership will renew automatically every 1 year from your subscription date
• You can cancel automatic renewal at any time
