A live musical storytelling show with acclaimed author Joanne Harris and the band she has been a member of since her college days. Quirky and darkly magical, the show appeals to all ages and especially to lovers of folklore, fantasy and fairytale, combining original music, songs, images and stories as part of an exploration of different forms of narrative. This event lasts 90 minutes.

The band is made up of Kevin Harris on drums, vocals and percussion; Matt Cundy on bass and effects; and Joanne Harris on flute and vocals.

Joanne Harris (OBE, FRSL) is the author of bestselling novel Chocolat, which was made into an Oscar-winning movie starring Juliette Binoche and Johnny Depp. The author of 20 novels, she has written cookbooks and many short stories. She was born in Yorkshire and grew up above her grandparents’ sweet shop.
